Siegfreed Reign the answer to my prayers. My first born son, my big boy. When i found out im pregnant i really cried. As in early in the morning i knocked at my mothers room and announced im pregant. while cying. Thats how im excited i am, i cant believe im preagnant and i am happy im pregnant. I was very careful during my pregnancy, i became very big cause i cant fight it my tummy growls, wants to keep on eating. Well, i was craving for anything that is round, my eggs should be round the bread should be round round round round and i never run out of vitamins, anmum ( chocolate ). My ob is the best, she is so kind, very accomodating very supportive very approachable...i delivered normal but had a hard time. i can remember i pushed more than 20 times when one of the nurse said " Misis tigilan mo na pag iri nahihirapan ka lang. " when my ob came she held my arms and said the baby is having a hard time already and my pressure is going up she said she will cut. So they help me push, you know they are pressing my big tummy ( and it hurts huh ) then cut then there...uha uha its boy! wow! i felt the cut (tsiik) and i felt my baby's shoulder. recuperating is the worst experience for me. GRABE and sakit2 talaga nung sa part ng stitch ko. they said my stitch was very long and true kc kita or halata pa din sya everytime im going for our annual check up sa company and their comment is all the same .... ang haba ng tahi mo.we had a problem with my pressure only during the delivery time but after wala naman not like for basti that they need to monitor me for 3 months. I went home first, baby stayed in the hospital due to infection. My first night with the baby my sister & nanay had to assist me but the next nights... mother instinct na talaga. And i also cried on our first night together... why? ang futuristic na ng naisip ko kase, i thought what am i going to do if he gets married na. hahahaha i dont want him to be away from me. really i thought about that na agad. well everybody was excited in our side he is the first boy na apo. his things are heavygatin imported from australia. his first nappy supplies was 2 balikbayan boxes from australia. 2 strollers, toys, musical chair...swerte ni reign. hehehe
About the name... Siegfreed Reign. Siegfreed was chosen by ogie. During that time Pres. Erap's attorney Siegfreed Fortun is very visible, his name is always in the news, thats why he chose that, he said he will be bright like Atty Siegfreed Fortun. Reign, im the one who chose that. why? Because i was thinking of the song the Lord Reigns plus the idea of having an R for his name because Ogie's real name starts with R. So thats how we got his name. Nickname - Reign BUT did you know that he was TOTOT for us before. i started calling him totot because he has a tuytoy ( a boy ) then that became his nickname but when he turned 4 he didnt want to be called totot anymore so everybody practiced using Reign already. Now my Reign is 10 years old. Reigns way of thinking is different from his brother. Reign is strict, tahimik with his feelings, protective and loyal to his father.He didnt want me to even have a boyfriend. He said he's afraid maybe that guy will just hurt me.He never wanted me to marry.But.. now thank God because he is also excited to see his baby sister.Every time we chat he looks for his Papa Resty. I noticed also, in most of our pictures when i went home for vacation, lagi syang naka embrace sa akin, laging nakadikit sa akin. One thing din that i always remember was when nung nagbakasyon ako and we went out to watch movie, pero we went to the supermarket first to buy some food. when i saw the cheetos i grabbed one, i said masarap to anak but returned it again sa gandola when i saw the price ay mahal pala i said. Then reign, approached me and asked," mama, magkano ba yung cheetos eto ako na magbabayad kunin mo na yun. " i was teary eyed upon hearing that. and sarap pakinggan. sana na record ko yun para lagi kong naririnig how he said those words to me. well, i dont know what will really happen in the future but i think he will be a responsible man someday. and i will be a proud mom.
